Military Career Evaluation & Orientation
Considering a military career but unsure which branch, role, or specialty is the right fit? Lingva Pro's Military Career Evaluation and Orientation program helps young adults and prospective recruits make informed decisions by assessing aptitudes, interests, personality traits, and physical readiness before committing to enlistment.
Our structured program combines professional assessments, group seminars, and one-on-one mentorship so you enter the recruiting office — or decide on an alternative path — with clarity and confidence.
Assessment Components
Aptitude Testing
Verbal reasoning, numerical ability, logical thinking, and spatial awareness tests modeled on ASVAB subtests. Identify your strongest cognitive areas and the military jobs that match them.
Interest Analysis
Holland Code (RIASEC) inventories and career-interest questionnaires map your preferences to military occupational specialties — from intelligence to engineering to medical corps.
Personality Assessments
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and similar tools help you understand how you handle teamwork, stress, leadership, and decision-making — all critical in military environments.
Physical Readiness Diagnostics
A baseline fitness evaluation covering push-ups, sit-ups, running, and flexibility. We compare your results to branch-specific entry standards and create a conditioning plan if needed.
Program Structure
- 1–2 sessions per week over 3–4 weeks
- Group seminars covering military life, branches of service (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force), benefits, and career trajectories
- Individual counseling sessions to review your assessment results and explore options
- A comprehensive final report with personalized recommendations and next steps
- Follow-up check-ins and ongoing mentorship to support your decision-making process
Who This Program Is For
- Teens and young adults exploring career options after high school
- Undecided students who want to evaluate military vs. civilian career paths
- Pre-enlistment recruits who want to choose the best branch and MOS before visiting a recruiter
- Parents who want their children to make well-informed decisions about military service
What You Receive
At the end of the program you receive a detailed report summarizing your aptitude scores, interest profiles, personality insights, and fitness results. The report includes specific branch and job recommendations tailored to your profile, along with a clear action plan — whether that means enlisting, applying to a military academy, pursuing ROTC, or choosing a different direction entirely.
