These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of educational services provided by Lingva Pro Corp ("Company," "we," "us," "our") including exam preparation, language courses, tutoring services, and related educational offerings.


Acceptance

By scheduling a consultation, enrolling in courses, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use our services.


Age Requirements

- Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
- Parental Consent: If you're under 18, you need parental consent to enroll in courses and enter into this agreement

We provide personalized educational services including:

SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, SHSAT, ACT, CUNY, NCLEX-RN, ASVAB, US Citizenship, TORFL, Military Prep, Military Evaluation, BSEP, USMLE


Education & Language Courses (10 Programs):

School Subjects, English, Spanish, French, Russian, German, Chinese, AP & Honors, University Admissions Consulting, Interview Prep


Service Delivery

- Format: Individual tutoring sessions conducted online or by phone
- Scheduling: Flexible scheduling based on mutual availability
- Materials: Educational resources, practice tests, and customized learning materials
- Free Consultation: Initial consultation to assess your needs and goals

No Guarantees

While we're committed to providing high-quality education, we cannot guarantee specific test scores, admission results, or academic outcomes. Success depends on many factors including your effort, attendance, and external circumstances.

3. Registration and Account Responsibilities

Registration Information

When enrolling, you must provide:

- Accurate contact information (name, email, phone)
- Educational background relevant to your goals
- Specific needs and objectives

Your Responsibilities

- Accurate Information: Provide truthful and current information
- Account Security: Protect your login credentials and notify us of unauthorized access
- Communication: Maintain current contact information for scheduling and course updates
- Attendance: Attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice for rescheduling

4. Payment Terms and Pricing

Payment Structure

- Consultation: Initial consultation is complimentary
- Course Packages: Pre-paid packages of tutoring sessions at discounted rates
- Individual Sessions: Pay-per-session option available
- Custom Programs: Pricing based on specific requirements and duration

Payment Methods

- Accepted Forms: Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment methods
- Processing: Payments processed securely through third-party payment processors
- Currency: All prices in US Dollars (USD)

Payment Terms

- Package Payments: Full payment due upon enrollment
- Session Payments: Payment due before or at the time of service
- Late Payments: Services may be suspended for accounts more than 7 days overdue
- Failed Payments: Additional fees may apply for failed payment attempts

Pricing Changes

- Current Students: Pricing changes don't affect pre-paid packages or ongoing courses
- New Enrollments: We reserve the right to change prices for new services with notice
- Notice Period: Minimum 30 days advance notice for price changes

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Session Cancellations

- Student Cancellation: Minimum 24 hours notice required for rescheduling
- Late Cancellation: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited
- Emergency Situations: Genuine emergencies considered on case-by-case basis
- Instructor Cancellation: Full refund or rescheduling if we cancel

Course Package Refunds

- Refund Period: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been conducted
- Partial Refunds: After sessions begin, refunds calculated based on remaining unused sessions
- Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom materials, assessments, and administrative fees may not be refundable

Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

- Violation of these Terms
- Inappropriate behavior toward instructors
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Non-payment of fees

6. Communications and Messaging

Communication Channels

Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
